Weekday Mornings Hatha Yoga and Meditation
Each weekday morning join a structured practice rooted in the 5-4-3-2-1 Method, seamlessly integrating asanas, breathwork, and meditation. Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this practice enhances flexibility, strength, and mindfulness while fostering a deeper connection to breath and movement
What to expect:
- 35 Minutes of Asanas (Physical Practice) Warm-up sequence, Asana flow including Sun Salutations – a balanced mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced poses that progress over time and Cool-down sequence
- 10 Minutes of Pranayama & Meditation (Mindfulness) Breathwork, mudras, and affirmations are integrated progressively to enhance daily mindfulness and focus. Each week follows a specific thematic intention, allowing gradual transformation in both body and mind.

- Silent Reflection to integrate your experience.
- Pranayama or Breathing exercises for daily practice

Who is the yoga instructor for Ethnik Yoga?
Meet Vai Haridas – Founder of Ethnik Yoga
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Vai Haridas has been a lifelong yoga practitioner, blending ancient wisdom with modern wellness. As a seasoned corporate executive with two decades in technology and digital transformation, and a mother of two teenagers, Vai intimately knows the delicate work-life balance.
A 500-hour multi-style YTT RYT-certified instructor with an additional 100-hour meditation certification, Vai brings a profound depth of knowledge to every class. She has also completed Vedanta Foundation studies, offering an authentic yoga experience rooted in age old wisdom. Beyond group sessions, she leads exclusive mid-week yoga retreats and personalized 1:1 coaching, both in-person and online.
As the founder of Arva Yoga, a non-profit dedicated to free community yoga, Vai is committed to making yoga accessible to all.
