At Ethnik Yoga, we honor the true meaning of yoga: unity of mind, body, and spirit. While Western yoga is often associated with physical exercise on the mat, our practice goes far beyond asanas. What makes Ethnik Yoga unique is its deep foundation in authentic yoga philosophy—creating a holistic experience that transcends the mat.
All classes are led by Ethnik Yoga’s founder, Vai Haridas. Originally from Mumbai, India, Vai has been a lifelong yoga enthusiast and now shares her passion with the local community and yoga enthusiasts from across the world. Vai brings a unique blend of asanas and meditation to each session, offering a powerful combination of mental clarity and physical wellness. In addition to her 500-hour multi-style YTT RYT certification and 100-hour meditation certification, Vai has completed Vedanta Foundation and offers authentic yoga with Sanskrit names for asanas, mudras and pranayama. Vai is also a former competitive Rope Mallakhamb athlete, a form of yoga involving aerial asanas performed 20 feet in the air—a skill she now shares in her innovative Aerial Yoga classes.Alongside group classes, Vai offers exclusive mid-week yoga retreats and personalized 1:1 sessions, both in-person at her Pipersville studio and online. As the founder of Arva Yoga, a non-profit offering free community classes, Vai remains deeply committed to making yoga accessible to all.
Each class is 45 mins in duration and focused on beginner/intermediate level asanas, mudras/hand gestures, and pranayama/meditation and mindfulness.
Each class will include:
35 minutes of Asanas/ Physical Exercises on the mat:
(5 mins) Warm-up sequence
(25 mins) Asanas- A balanced mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced poses that progress over the months.
(5 mins)Cool-down sequence
10 mins of Pranayama/ Breathwork and Meditation:
Pranayama and Meditation are progressively integrated with Mudras and Affirmation to foster daily mindfulness and thematic focus.
Each week, we’ll follow a specific theme to allow gradual progression in flexibility, strength, and focus. The sessions are suitable for all level of yogis.
Ethnik Yoga Studio provides a diverse selection of multi-style yoga classes available online via Zoom, allowing students to join live, interactive sessions from the comfort of their homes. Our classes are offered daily, including both weekdays and weekends, for a flexible and accessible yoga experience. In addition, we hold in-person classes, workshops, and 1:1 lessons at our private studio, as well as offer weekday mini-retreats. For more details, please call or text us!

We have a daily online session in the AM either at 5:30am or 7am ET, incl weekends. We also offer 1:1 private sessions by appointment and a variety of workshops and retreats. All in-person sessions are conducted in Doylestown PA area.
